3R TRAINING MODEL

3r training model

There is first to explain the very meaning of 3R model of training unit where specific acyclic movements are involved as well as the conditions of the space where they are performed ( suited to the client’s affinity).

Recreation, relaxation, rehabilitation are the basics of the model which satisfies all requirements for physical exercise which is functional for health.
Globalization and automatization contributed to people progressively moving less (hypokinesia) and working more and more in sedentary activities, at the same time wishing to improve their general health – the answer to this is 3R training model of physical activity.

Various working activities demand relaxation as well as, for example, development in cross-section of various muscle groups of the body (e.g. dentists, factory workers and all others who do their work in standing position, their most strained muscle groups being from caudal part of the body, which means they should be treated in training.

Application of 3R training model is present in top-level sport in the phase of apparent bringing down of sports form, when methods of relaxation and changes are introduced, such as going into the nature, to the swimming pool, a cultural event or activity other than basic so as to relax the candidate in psychological way and help accumulate energy for the next period.

FEELLIFE FITNESS CLUB values 3R training model very highly and here we present an example of a training unit in closed space.

  • after doing prolonged shaping exercises (warming-up, increasing working activities to a higher level), which lasts for 7-10 min (with more advanced members these are done while standing on a half-sphere (unstable surface).
  • For aerobic work we use trampoline, an exceptional PRECOR  AMT device which simulates more devices, elliptic, stepper, simulation of moderate as well as very intensive running with the use of long steps and without changing the training device and making breaks – all brilliantly composed in one movement.
  • Stretching and increasing mobility of joints which are most strained by working activities, with the use of rubber expanders and other devices.
  • Exercises for acquiring physical power of various groups of muscles are non-specific and are performed with the use of various pieces of equipment like jump rope, Swedish ball, medical ball, rubber objects, pole, rings… There is also to add that for exertion TECHNO GYM method is used for free load. One more “R” – radiant.
  • Each of above mentioned pieces of equipment is used for stretching of currently strained muscle groups and time of stretching is longer than standard (5 min), all of strained muscle groups are stretched in more ways and directions.
  • The final part is about relaxing of the whole body. The candidate, in relaxed body position, inhales oxygen (O2) with the use of mask or nasal tubes (it is worth mentioning that ozone contains 20-40 % O2), thus compensating hemoglobin, which is the main carrier of O2 through human organism.

This was an example of training in closed space. There are trainings in the open space (FEELLIFE FITNESS CLUB is surrounded by “the lungs of Belgrade”, three biggest woods in Belgrade: Kosutnjak, Topcider and Miljakovac Wood, so trainings in the open air are among most pleasant. Trainings at the swimming pool are also held.

When all these are included in training unit, it is a real model of  3R training, which is nowadays most needed for recreation, relaxation and rehabilitation of the whole body.
