FEEL LIFE Fitness Centre stands for individual physical activity, its basic feature being that a fitness instructor, that is, physical education and sports teacher is engaged with one person or alternatively with two people (which depends on ability, preferences, training objectives…)
Apart from the above mentioned characteristics which recommend fitness as a “must” for urban working people, there is one more role of fitness to be pointed out and that is its significant social role to counteract negative social trends. This applies to young generation and their involvement in negative social trends such as smoking, taking alcohol, drugs as well as excessive “socializing” by the computer.
Physical practice and everyday physical activity should be accepted as a specific philosophy of living. According to that, it is necessary to adopt a psychological attitude towards physical practice as a way to accomplish your goals (loss of weight, shaping and modeling your body, improvement of your general health and fitness condition).
Trainings are held at the club, at the appointed time which suits the client and arranged with the fitness instructor. This program also includes a certain number of outdoor trainings or trainings at the swimming pool (depending on your needs and preferences)
